Serenity & Solace

Maria L'Warren studied Graphic Communication Design at Central St Martins and, already a regular practitioner of yoga, later attended a Vipassana yoga retreat in India and went on to train as a yoga teacher.

Her focus is on wellness, and helping others to achieve balance and peace in their busy lives.
